MAGNOLIA VILLAGE (MHP-2024-01) NOTICE OF APPLICATION - COMMENT EXTENSION

The City of Millwood has received requests to extend the public comment period for Magnolia Village (MHP-2024-01), which was originally set to expire on March 6, 2024, at 4:00 pm. In order to ensure a timely processing of the land use application and consistent with MMC 14.12.080(B)(5), the City of Millwood will extend the public comment period for Magnolia Village (MHP-2024-01) to March 13, 2024, at 4:00 pm. Pursuant to MMC 14.12.080(B)(5),the City Planner may accept comments after March 13, 2024, but prior to the decision on Magnolia Village (MHP-2024-01).
